To MAKE A BABY, a man inserts his penis into a woman's vagina, resulting in pleasure. At the height of this pleasure, the spermatozoa produced by the man are emitted from his penis into the woman's vagina. When a spermatozoon meets the ovum made by the woman, it fertilises it and a child is born nine months later.
