For a baby, BEING BORN means leaving its mother's womb. For 9 months, the foetus has grown, supplied with food and oxygen by its mother through the cord connecting them. At 5 months, it measured 25 cms. It has slept a lot and sometimes even got hiccups ! From the 8th month, it turns head down, ready to emerge.
